Mr. Sheldon is a principal with Miller United Real Estate where he primarily focuses on the land sector.  Amongst his responsibilities, he oversees deal sourcing, complex entitlements, deal execution and dispositions.

 

Prior to Miller United, he has run a number of land entitlement and development companies including United Development Companies and Gibraltar Companies.  During his career Dan has entitled and/or developed over 6,000 residential units.

 

He is currently serving his second and final 4-year term as a city councilman in the City of Cherry Hills Village.  He enjoys giving back to the community by serving its citizens.  Mr. Sheldon is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Big Sticks Foundation and also serves on a number of metropolitan districts and HOA boards.

 

Mr. Sheldon is a 3rd generation Denver real estate developer and a graduate from the University of Colorado.  When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling and skiing.  He is married with two children.
