Crystal Valley West is a 24-acre site located at the intersection of Crystal Valley Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard in Castle Rock, Colorado.  We zoned and platted the property for a variety of commercial, residential and municipal uses.  This property was sold to homebuilders, developers, commercial developers and the to the Town of Castle Rock for a new fire station.
