Mr. Loss is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and is involved in the negotiation of financing arrangements and coordination of accounting, budgeting and reporting functions. He has negotiated and closed a wide variety of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including property acquisitions, dispositions and financing (both debt and equity). He has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. Mr. Loss also directly manages the company’s development, redevelopment and investment projects.

Mr. Loss received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was a partner in the CPA firm of Cordle and Associates for 10 years. He was previously with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 5 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on the Boards of the Inverness Water and Sanitation District, the Inverness Metro District and the Denver Country Club.
